We are here to help people address underlying barriers that may prevent people from getting employment.

We prepare strong CVs geared to the positions for which our clients are applying. Staff interview clients to identify key skills, experience and qualifications to create brand new CVs or update existing CV's tailored to their needs.
We offer support and advice to help ease nerves and give simple tips for a successful interview. Our Employer Support Officers will help prepare clients for interviews, and to guide them through likely questions they may be asked.
Job Search Facilities
At BRC we have a dedicated IT suite where on certain days you can book in to do job search and receive one to one support. If you require this level of support, we encourage you to also start our essential digital skills course to equip you for independent job search
